Mother’s Day Sour Cream Coffee Cake!

Not sure what to get mom this mother’s day? How about making her this luscious sour cream coffee cake and include some coffee from the USA Coffee Company? Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

1 cup margarine

2 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

Topping:

1 tablespoon chopped nuts

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

·         In a large bowl, cream the sugar and margarine.

·         Add eggs and mix.

·         Add sour cream, vanilla and mix.

·         Add flour, baking powder, salt and mix till well blended.

·         Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Pour half of the batter around the tube and sprinkle ½ of the topping over the batter. Add remaining batter and top with rest of topping.

·         Bake for 1 hour at 350.

·         Cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then remove pan by flipping cake over cake plate to release. Place on serving plate, slice and serve with USA Coffee!
